evilfusion
Card is awesome, but usually best used for a quick beatstick or in a deck focused on swapping it. Relying on it for longer than a turn or two tops is a good way to kill yourself, as locking your own Special Summons and taking 2000 a turn will add up very quickly to defeat. Greiga
It's like, really good and stuff. I actually won a match by this. Creature Swap wins games. Actually, can you give and take this to put your opponent in a pinch?
evilfusion
I'm not sure how Give and Take works with Xyz, if at all. Summoning and increasing Levels resolves simultaneously, but Xyz don't have Levels, so I haven't figured out if an Xyz is an invalid target. ~ P O L A R I S ~
I'd generally prefer to reserve its Extra Deck slot for Leviathan, as it fits the same niche without the abysmal drawbacks. Toffee.
How this card served as Shark's "death" is beyond me. I mean apon being destroyed, this card goes back to Kaito's Grave, so technically it was still Kaito's by the end of the duel. But ehh, plot devices are plot devices. Though it is rather humorous that this card is a WATER monster, just because Shark had momentary control over it.
Greiga
Levia's drawbacks: No direct attack if he has no materials attached. Acid Golem's drawbacks: No special summons Take 2000 burn or detach a metarial per turn Can't attack without materials Now who's abysmal? Ninjas getting in my way and s***. "If this card is attacked while it has no Overlay Units, it is destroyed. If this card is destroyed, inflict 2000 damage to its controller". The fact it specified its controller meant whoever controlled it when it was destroyed from the Field, no matter whose Graveyard it entered. .Nu-13
It's much better than people think it is. Tour Guide summons it out easily, and 3000 ATK is actually, well, quite a lot. Runs over Stardust, and such.

evilfusion
What confuses me is why, if he is only hunting those with Numbers, he simply didn't put the soul back?
My bet: Because Yuma and pals showed up. That threw a small wrench into his operation. Originally, he just wanted Orbital to get the Emperor's Key and get out, but Shark interfered and when Kaito confronted him, Shark identified him as the Numbers Hunter, prompting Kaito to assume Shark had a Number. Shark implied he did. Thus, they dueled, with Kaito planning on taking the Key and Shark's (nonexistent) Number when he won. His Photon Mode evidently has a power limit, because he was told he couldn't duel Yuma right then and there, so he simply took the Key and left. He probably didn't give much further thought to the fact he captured a Number-less soul until after his duel with Astral. And even that decision seemed to come out of nowhere. OT: Some people use Acid Golem as a generic Rank 3 beatstick with Tour Guide and stuff. I rarely consider it a genuine threat in this case, but sometimes do have to destroy it ASAP.
