.Rai
Pic is actually some sort of crazy transformer with Zekrom and Reshiram arms. Just saying. You're basically relying that this won't die for two turns in order for the engine to work. Not that reliable, but great anyway. Because it's effectively quite broken. Search DAD = Win. Search Gorz/Tragoedia = Have more advantage than you already have. Search Veiler = Fuel those OTKs up. Search Lonefire/Tengu = Plants win. Search Grapha/Hyperion/whatever = nope. Not to mention it's Machine and LIGHT.
ragnarok1945
this reminds me of a monster form of DNA transplant it's also weaker since it doesn't affect ALL your opponent's monsters not to mention the fact you can only pull this off twice over you should have at least given it some effect to reattach xyz materials to it to give it more chances to trigger the effect
qdrack
I like it. A little pinch, a little aid, and not to extreme on the stats.Umm... it says 2 lvl 8 monsters though... Was that on purpose?
Sleepy
2 Level 3 monsters. Once per turn; you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card. Target 1 monster your opponent controls. Add 1 monster from your Deck to your hand with the same Attribute as the targeted monster. As long as this card has Xyz Materials; Once per turn when your opponent Summons a monster: You can declare 1 Attribute. The Attribute of the Summoned Monster becomes the Attribute you declared.
Don't intend to be a grammar nazi, but semi-colon is used in-between the costs and the actual effect. "Once per turn" is none of those, so it goes before those as it only states when you can activate the effect.. Then, costs and targets go after that in the same section. So the first effect would be more like this: Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 monster your opponent controls; Add 1 monster with the target's Attribute from your Deck to your hand. I'm saying this because your card has the targetting of the monster as it's own sentence, so it's like a separate effect if you put it in terms of the new grammar. Same with the adding, it turns into it's own costless independent effect. Even though common sense kind of tells that it isn't, but just merely stating the system with the problem-solving text. Then the rest of the effect would go along the lines of: Once per turn, when your opponent Summons a monster while this card has Xyz Materials on it: You can declare 1 Attribute; The Summoned monster's Attribute becomes the declared Attribute. ^because it lacks colons and semi-colons, which usually only happens if the effect is a continuous effect. One more thing, the lore says 2 Level 3, but the card says 2 Level 8. On the actual card: I like it, it looks specific and too dependent on your opponent's cards at first, but I can see how it would be used. Then it also helps itself get the Attribute you want in a balanced way.

Sleepy
It says 2 level 3 monsters. The text is just really small, so it looks like an 8. @Applejack: .........mmk. I keep saying the "Problem SOLVING Text" is making more problems than it's solving >_>
I don't see any problems with the problem-solving text itself. It's more like you are the one that has problems understanding it. All the problem-solving text really does is this: Conditions: Cost and/or Targets; Effect. Colon : concludes conditions. Semi-Colon ; concludes costs/targeting. So effects with no costs or targets but that require conditions don't have semi-colon obviously. but if you really REALLY hate that problem-solving text, if you are going to keep talking about how bad you think it is, and if you are not going to attempt understanding it more, the only advice I can give is, write using the old text then. Old text is still understandable too (though I think problem-solving is better personally). It'll be better to write the effect the way you like and understand better already (in your case) than to try to write something in the problem-solving text and fail because you dislike it to begin with. Write with problem-solving = people will correct it in problem-solving way. Write with older grammar = people correct in older grammar, at least hopefully.
