It's actually pretty awesome in Klav's Chaos Herald build. Since Herald + Releaser slows down the game so much, this guy's effect can be used. And it's level 2 for Dawn of the Herald, and LIGHT for BLS obviously.

Pretty simple effect. A bit slow, but I suppose if you're looking for Level 2 LIGHT Fairies, it's good. It and Dekoichi can be interesting in some sort of Chaos deck.

Sounds interesting, but the deck wouldn't work very well, evilfusion.
