Neos Alius is a LIGHT for the requirement in HERO, and Light monsters are extremely commonly played, for Super Poly stuff. The ATK increase effect is great with Miracle Fusion, and being able to recycle banished HEROs, like Stratos, when this is sent to the Graveyard lets Fusion Gate HEROs keep on churning HEROs out.
