I actually really like the card. It unfortunately can't use Tokens for its Summon, but it CAN use a Mind Controlled monster. Its heads effect is so epic, being able to retrieve your key cards with ease. The Tails effect isn't THAT bad, but it's not that great, either, and takes away the fun of having a 4000 beater.

Either way, Light Ruler's Heads effect is [i]VERY[/i] nice.
Oh, and Light Ruler has infinite Honest.
