The two halves of my Favorite Deck had a baby

For those who don't know, I absolutely LOVE Agent Monarchs. If you've never heard of the deck, I made a post in the [url="http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/270752-cc-qa-semi-weekly-1/page__view__findpost__p__5698405"]CC Semi-Weekly Q&A[/url] about them.

Once I get some posts, I'll probably post some ways I could think to use this thing in the deck, I already have a couple ideas. <3

Is broken.

Makes instant Brionac along with a destruction effect. Over-generalising a card in such a way that it is way too accessible is horrible.

So if you tribute summon it, its a foolish burial and it supports agents later on. Seems okay.

But, .Rai; how does this make instant-brionac? Glow-up bulb? You still need to tribute a monster to summon this guy, and tribute summoning isn't all that common these days except for monarchs.

.Rai is right Galkin, card is broken. It works amazing in FrogNarchs, Agent's, Agent Monarchs and can be splashed into other decks for results.

Instant Foolish + Destruction is broke. I don't get why when I post I get the good players all the time. I wanted bad players. ;~;

That's because you're bad at YuGiOh.

But yeah, card is broke. Pretty much this card, this card right here, could steal Caius's place as the number 1 Monarch. That might be debatable, as I'm not too sure about that myself, but still, free mill and destruction is nothing to laugh at.

It destroys and becomes Foolish Burial, both already good effects.
Not to mention how it makes easy fodder for Hyperion and, in many Agent decks, would let you control your Graveyard with ease to help Kristya get out, if that could also be a goal.

That depends on whether or not you know what Agents or Monarchs are and how they're both competent deck types.
But you'd probably use Sakuretsu Armor or Needle Wall instead of Warning or Glow-Up.

Normal Summon this and mill Glow-Up. Use Glow-Up's effect, Special Summon it and synchro for Brionac.
