MysticalMystery
This idea popped idea my head, so I made up a card before I forgot it. I may or may not include it in a future set of mine. Anyways, any constructive criticism you have is appreciated- I'm still not very good with OCG. Lore: During your standby phase, roll a six-sided die. Activate one of the following effects based on the result: 1 or 2- Skip the draw phase of your next turn, 3 or 4- Skip the main phase 1 of your next turn, 5 or 6- Skip the main phase 2 of your next turn
ragnarok1945
this seems to do more harm than good to you I was hoping it could affect your opponent's phase in some way here's what I'd do, I'd still keep the effects on the numbers, but then add a coin toss in there and you call it you call it wrong, it'll affect you. But if you call it right, it'll affect your opponent
MysticalMystery
Updated card version: Lore: When you activate this card, flip a coin: If heads, place this card in one of your opponent's spell or trap card zones. If tails, place it in one of your spell or trap card zones. Whoever has this card on their side of the field must roll a six-sided die on each of their standby phases, and activate one of the following effects based on the result: 1 or 2- Skip the draw phase of your next turn, 3 or 4- Skip the main phase 1 of your next turn, 5 or 6- Skip the main phase 2 of your next turn
Communityreborn
Too chancy. Even if you throw in a "Second Coin Toss" and "Re-roll", there's no way to really make this a consistent card. If should be so that ALL the dice rolls lead to doing bad for your opponent, because there's always another Main Phase. But to make it not totally fare, you can change it so that rolling a 1 or 6 destroys the card.
n8thegr8
I don't know... I like it. I think its balanced enough with the whole chance thing, and I would even add one that skips the battle phase as well. With all the spell/trap destruction out there I don't think anyone would have a problem getting this off their field.
MysticalMystery
I was a bit worried that if it was exactly the card I had in mind, it would be too overpowered, but since others seem to think it'd be fine if it was an opponent-only effect, here's the final version of the card, with the added ability to skip the battle phase- Lore: As long as this card remains face-up on your field, your open must roll a six-sided die on each of their standby phases, then activate one of the following effects based on the result: 1 or 2- skip the draw phase of their next turn, 3- skip the main phase 1 of their next turn, 4- skip the main phase 2 of their next turn, 5 or 6- skip the battle phase of their next turn
Sleepy
You know, you could just update the first post of the thread instead of reposting it down here. It'll make others that can't take the time to read all comments try to comment on your first attempt rather than the newer versions. As for the card, it's pretty creative. I like it. Though I'll dare suggest something radical just because: xD
Once per turn, you can roll a six-sided die. 1:Skip your opponent's next Draw Phase. 2: Skip your next Standby Phase. 3: Skip your opponent's next Main Phase 1. 4: Skip your opponent's next Battle Phase. 5: Skip your opponent's next Main Phase 2. 6: Skip your next End Phase.
Naaah, my version is too inconsistent because of too many results. Anyways, as I said, your card is pretty unique. That's awesome.
