Partangle the Candle Jangler
It's anti- Dark World obviously, but I have a question. If the monster you discard has an effect that triggers in the grave, is that negated?
Valkyrus
Effective? Sure. Balanced? I guess. Interesting? Boring as bricks. Original? As much as a Chinese Rolex nice image at least

As much as a Chinese Rolex
I don't care if the card isn't interesting or original, as long as it's effective, it's a good card. Simple is the best way to design good cards. But seriously, if you're going to comment, give actual feedback. No, saying that the card is effective / not original or interesting isn't good feedback. .Rai
Fabled vs Dark World match-up now is absolutely hilarious. I can't help but think it's still subpar in some way. I don't know, but I'd like it to be buffed anyway since I doubt it could be turned broken considering it's just a side card.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
I would assume that if the monster you discard has an effect that triggers when sent to the Graveyard would have its effect(s) negated as well.
Then the effect would have to read "Effects that activate in the Graveyard or Effects that Target a monster in the Graveyard" are negated. That way, it stops DW Shenanigans. It's also less confusing that way.

Alice Moonflowyr
Dat art. You could add a second effect that lets you pay another cost, to have this not effect you. But i dunno.
guuu1234
Well since it shuts down the Graveyard completly, you could buff it up by not paying a cost at all? No cost is wy cards like raigeki are banned (and it only effects your oppoenet). witH heavy storm and dark hole limited, which nukes a field without cost (ever get both of those on the first turn? It's to funny), a card that is as simple as this that COULD effect both players negatively would be deadly if it had no cost to pull it down. Combine that with it's quick-play speed, it would at most be limited without a cost. Even so a temporary set back like this isn't worth limitng anymore, cost or not.
