Since always.

Its funny when reading these back and forths when "since always" was the answer that popped into my head immediately before seeing the response.

In any case, terrible card and should be banned on DN until players on DN learn the subtleties of timing and priority.

Card is amazing. Used to ignore it, but after enough times of getting my plays and strategy exposed by my opponent's Dustshoot, I decided I should run it, even if mid to late game it's dead. The sheer ability to know every option they have in hand at that moment and therefore predict whether their plays are decoys or truly threatening is amazing, particularly because I tend to run a larger Trap lineup. Plus you can weaken their threats by gettng rid of a monster. It's a +0 in terms of card advantage, but the exposure is worth more.

On the subject of taking notes, I never comment when someone does it, but it annoys the hell out of me when on DN, the opponent uses Dustshoot, returns a card, and then writes in the chat what cards I had. Obviously, it's for reference, but it's so blatant it feels kind of like cheating, because I just try to memorize what cards they had. If I wanted to take notes like that (I don't do this), I'd open up a Wordpad or something so my opponent wouldn't know I'm doing that.

Yeah, slower than Confiscation, requires the opponent to have a specific hand count or higher to activate (instead of LP), only works on monsters, and returns to Deck instead of sending to Grave.

But about as good.

Confiscation is in the trio of hand raepage along with this and Delinquent Duo.
