Finaly I am a 6 star member. Although this isn't my 5000th post, I still wanted to celebrate becoming a 6 star member

Once per turn: you can banish 1 Fiend-Type monster in your Graveyard; this card gains 500 ATK, until the End Phase. When this card declares an attack: you can have 1 Fiend-Type monster you control loose 500 ATK, until your opponent's next End Phase; inflict 800 damage to your opponent. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed: you can send 1 Level 3 or lower Fiend-Type monster you control from your hand to the Graveyard; this card is not destroyed.

You kidding? 100 burn is nothing. Keep it at 500.

the part where you said you can decrease the atk of a fiend monster you control by 500, I would have said EXCEPT another "General of Dark Lords"

Do this however. Makes the card more balanced. But yeah, great card. Congrats on becoming a 6-star! *needs to start posting more*

First off, I will provide you a quick OCG fix.

Once per turn; you can banish 1 Fiend-Type monster: Increase this cards ATK by 500, until the End Phase. When this card attacks: You can decrease the ATK of 1 Fiend-Type monster you control by 500, until your opponent's next End Phase: to inflict 500 damage to your opponent. Once per turn; if this card would be destroyed: you can send 1 Level 3 or lower Fiend-Type monster from your hand to the Graveyard instead.

The card is honestly not to impressive in my honest opinion. The low attack and underwhelming effects make this card pretty much undesireable. It does nothing really to help you in the duel. I would much rather waste my spot on a card like Caius, a card that does something to help me.

A suggestion would be to change the effect to something more benefitting or buff the attack. Either would be up to you.

-After "once per turn" goes a : not a ; because it just finished stating the conditions. THEN you have the ; (you flipped them there). Not to mention you didn't state where the monster's being banished from.
-You forgot the apostrophe in "card's ATK"
-you place the same : colon for both sections and forgot on the semi-colon on the bolded section.
-After the last "once per turn" there goes no semi-colon because you are just dividing the conditions in half for some reason in there.

OCG (assuming the banished monster is from the Graveyard:
Once per turn: you can banish 1 Fiend-Type monster in your Graveyard; this card gains 500 ATK, until the End Phase. When this card declares an attack: you can have 1 Fiend-Type monster you control loose 500 ATK, until your opponent's next End Phase; inflict 500 damage to your opponent. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed: you can send 1 Level 3 or lower Fiend-Type monster you control from your hand to the Graveyard; this card is not destroyed.

OT:

Speaking on balance, I think you could get away with 2 things:
1) making the ATK increase permanent instead of only until the End Phase.
2)slightly increase that burn, even if it's just to 800.

All the cards I have seen don't bother saying "you control" if it is in your hand.
That might depend on each card. I personally saw cards being made (in the actual IRL game) for a while the way you are saying, but there were always some that ended up wondering "does this card mean I can Tribute from my opponent too?". Soo it's not always "nessesary" per say, but it's a precaution more than anything else.

On topic:
Card seems worth Tributing for. It's almost instantly a 1 Tribute 3000 ATK monster that will keep gaining ATK every turn. Also, it's protection effect is reasonable since it's just once per turn and requires you to use some of your actual hand. Then, the burn effect is mainly for when your opponent is trying to stall.
I like it.
