Kingdom Xathers
I've calmed down now, so now for a little discussion: ... apparently, me telling my DN opponent that he cannot activate Dark Scheme while I had no cards in my hand equates to me being a noob... ... um... what...? Anyways, discuss.

Simping For Hina
Because you need to discard 2 cards and draw 2.
evilfusion
Same ruling as Hand Destruction. Both players must be able to discard 2 in order for the card to be activated. This is because they designated a specific number of cards, whereas Card Destruction and Morphing Jar say to discard everything. Therefore, this card's only real use is to make your opponent discard 1 to negate this, as anyone not running Dark Worlds or Fableds will probably be more than a little paranoid of letting this card go off. And yes, this is still a better card to use in a Celri + Neko Mane King strategy than using Fine. And considering that your opponent will almost definitely negate this, that's not saying much.
Oh, okay, I thought it was implying that you couldn't activate it if your opponent can't pay the discard cost. Then, I realized both players have to discard so it doesn't make a difference. Still, Hand Destruction's better.
evilfusion
It's not a cost. It's an effect. Both players have to be able to perform the effect.
Toffee.
Still, Hand Destruction's better.
Hand Destruction is a Spell, its faster. But in the deck that Konami implied it should be ran in, Hand Destruction Sends cards, while Dark Scheme Discards them.
