WATER monsters get their own BOSS

So I was thinking that water monsters don't get the strongest support overall (although A legendary Ocean is a common staple), so i decided to make a card that would make them even more fearsome. I think the second effect of this card makes it OP'ed, so i may change it after people review it. Enoy:

Lore:If you control "Umi": You can Normal Summon this card without tributing. You can skip your Draw Phase to add this card and "A legendary Ocean" from your Graveyard to your hand. You can activate one of these effects once per turn:
*Return all Spell and Trap Cards on the field to their owners' hands.
*Return all Monster Cards on the field to their owners' hands.

So, you made a Giant Trunade on a monster that you can then normal summon again, or even special summon...? And it's also a field bouncer...? It'd be better if it where a Heavy Storm because you don't just derp your backrow for like 1 Phase. For the bounce all monster effect. Yea, it's not bad. Synchro and Xyz hate. Me gusta. Anyway what sorta concerns me is the last effect, if it's a heavy storm, you'll storm your own Umi/ALO and then have the chance to reuse it and this card. So what you have is a 3.1k that can bounce the entire backrow and even the monster row...? 3k is a power line, and I'm not saying it's immortal, because Trish and a few other cards just banish it, but still 3.1k on a normal summon for no tributes is uhh... iffy. 2.8k or 2.9k would be fine, as that's the acceptable standard for level 8/9 Synchro Monsters and some boss monsters(Grapha is 3k with gate, for instance) Grapha is awful card design, but in a archetype that desperately needs support.

This is sorta the same thing, but since ALO.dek isn't that popular I'll give you a pass. It's not terrific card design, but it's somewhat fair atleast. The first effect to bounce all S/Ts is sorta busted, especially as a Banned Card(Giant Trunade) has the exact same effect. Thankfully, Trunade is gone and storm is back~

It's an easier to accomplish Levia-Dragon - Daedalus. Sure, it's not bad, but it's also not needed.

Yes, but it's still sorta... iffy. Might be because I play DWs irl and nothing ever runs over my graphas. Ever. They always get Trish'd in response to which I chain EEV or DDV. Oh, and Scrap Dragon could deal with this I guess. But it's sorta good and bad card design.

I agree with you, water monsters dont get the attention they deserve but this card is OP'ed. Being able to Normal Summon this card without tributing is a bit much especially for such a high level monster with such a powerful effect and ATK power. The second effect makes it even worse (-_-"). Adding two cards from your Graveyard to your hand for the small price of just skipping your Draw Phase is overwhelming.
I would suggest you make it that you only need 1 tribute, if it is a water monster. As for the second effect..just change it.

Actually, the 1st effect is stronger than the second one. And skipping your draw phase is pretty huge, otherwise offerings to the doomed would be used.

go figure, I thought the attack was to much. As for the bounce, I always thought people perferred Giant trunade at 1 and heavy storm being banned? but yup will change ATK soon, probably to 2900 and drop DEF by 100. As always, thanks for your constructive criticsim.

Only idiots want Giant Trunade over Heavy Storm.

Change ATK to 2800. Anyone can see it would be idiotic to allow this to run over Kristya.

1st effect is more broken than the second one, especially when the second effect will bounce Neptune back to your hand as well. With the first effect, you lose no advantage whatsoever and you can just reset your cards after clearing the S/T Zone with the effect, leaving your opponent facing a 3300 beater with no protection.

I agree with that. But skipping your draw phase means you miss out on 1 card and gain two immediately. Now if it was just the monster alone i would understand but gaining this card along with the field spell that basically allows you to screw over you opponent is OP'ed in my opinion.

Edited, made it weaker but kept it at level 9, as the effect is worthy of it's level. Now, with a legenday ocean, it will be equal to scrap dragon in most cases.

EDIT: I also forgot about the boost from ALO when i made it, so yeah 2600.

That's much better :P
It could be a DarkHole/HeavyStorm on legs.

Thanks, but i personally prefer bouncing over destrcution. So many cards guard against destruction effects nowadays (Starlight road, Wind-Up zem*something*, gachi gahci,) that i'll keep it at that. PLus with bouncing, there is more possibilites entitiled to this card.
