But in order to run this, you need to run a more Chaos-Oriented Dragon.dek. Because of that, the deck becomes a little less consistent/not as good as Disaster Dragons. You'd be running them before this, and so if you're running this the only excuse is that you're maxing out on all the other 3. But who'd run 8 Chaos Monsters? [/quote] Nope. The materials need to be specified by name. Also, due to the OCG wording of Rainbow Neos "Neos + 1 Ultimate Gem God monster", Prisma cannot mill Rainbow Dragon/Rainbow Dark. You could at least be running a better Chaos Dragon deck and be running Chaos Sorc. There's no way to justify running this card outside of being plain bad.
