Before anything, let me explain that "Dragon Deck" isn't a valid theme for a deck. Sure, it has Dragons, but Dragon Deck isn't a deck theme. Things like Hopeless Chaos Dragons are.

Once the next Structure Deck comes out, buy 3 boxes of it (believe me, SDs are only good in 3s). Then you can run 3 Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragons, 3 Lightpulsar Dragons, 3 Eclipse Wyverns, and the other good old stuff. Also, most of your cards are worthless in any good Dragon deck. Those are:
x2 Lord of D.
x2 Winged Dragon, Guardian of the Fortress #1
x1 Black Stego
x1 Destiny Hero - Defender
x1 Spirit Ryu
x1 Twin-Headed Behemoth
x1 Hyozanryu
x1 Kaiser Sea Horse
x1 Decoy Dragon
x1 Black Luster Soldier
x1 Red-Eyes B. Dragon
x1 The Creator Incarnate
x1 Giant Soldier of Stone
x1 Axe Dragonute
x1 Dread Dragon
x1 Goddess with the Third Eye
x1 The Creator
x1 Trap Master
x1 Hane-Hane
x2 Polymerization
x1 Black Luster Ritual
x1 Card Destruction
x1 The Flute of Summoning Dragon
x1 Lightning Vortex
x1 Axe of Despair
x1 Soul Exchange
x1 Tribute to the Doomed
x1 Spell Shattering Arrow
x1 A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon
x1 Mist Body
x2 Sakuretsu Armor
x1 Gravity Bind
x1 Trap Hole
x1 Magic Jammer
x1 Magic Cylinder
x1 The Dragon's Bead

Yes, almost the entire deck. I'm deadly serious, and this isn't matter of personal preference; it's the truth.

You obviously haven't bought any recent stuff for several years, so you need to buy the staple Traps:
1x Solemn Judgment
2x Solemn Warning
1x Torrential Tribute
1x Trap Dustshoot
Especially in the case of the Solemn Trio, there ISN'T an excuse to not running them outside just several decks.

Although I agree with some of the cards you recommend to remove but some I do not:
1. This deck is going to be based on summoning Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon and Master Dragon Knight so I need to have black luster and its ritual plus polymerization
2. Magic Cylinder and Sakuretsu are for preventing my monsters being destroyed in the battle phase and its the only support cards i have for that at the mo so I don't plan on removing them
3. Dragon decks need dragons so why remove nearly all dragons? (especially when some of the low level dragons are used with Masked Dragon and Dread Dragon
4. Kaiser Sea Horse and Soul Exchange help summon Blue-Eyes White Dragon from hand
5. Decoy Dragon and The Creator help summon Blue-Eyes from grave
6. Goddess with the Third Eye is there as a substitute for Blue-Eyes White Dragon when fusing monsters

Also one question: what is the Solemn Trio you are refering to?

Other than that thanks for the suggestions

no he just told you to remove the bad dragons and use good ones
blue eyes is bad, the only reason it can be used is in Dragon Exodia.
Sakuretsu Armor and Magic Cylinder are horrible here.
Decoy Dragon, they can just use an effect to get over it.
Soul Exchange can only be used in Frog Monarch.

Oh and Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon and Dragon Master Knight are horrible.
Dont even try to base decks to summon them.

Also darkplant your wrong Polymerization, Soul Exchange and Magic Cylinder can be used in a few decks.

Fair enough for the dragons. Could i have some suggestions from people on what they think 'good dragons' are
However I have seen some decent decks resolving around Blue-Eyes that have won quite a few duels so i know a Blue-Eyes deck can work if you build it right
you should be using

Monster Reborn
Dark Hole
Heavy Storm
Book of Moon
2-3 Mystical Space Typhoon

2 Solemn Warning
Solemn Judgment
Torrential Tribute
Trap Dustshoot
0-1 Mirror Force

in most decks
some of these i already use in this deck but thanks for suggestions of others

Why arn't you running this? You need this @3 to even run dragons. Oh, no FuFu either.

thanks for the suggestions. As soon as I find these cards on sale or for trade around where i live i'll definitely add them to the deck

Although I agree with some of the cards you recommend to remove but some I do not:
1. This deck is going to be based on summoning Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon and Master Dragon Knight so I need to have black luster and its ritual plus polymerization

If anything use King of the Swamp, but NEVER use Black Luster Soldier unless it's name also has Envoy of the Beginning in it.

2. Magic Cylinder and Sakuretsu are for preventing my monsters being destroyed in the battle phase and its the only support cards i have for that at the mo so I don't plan on removing them

Other cards do it better. If you want battle phase protection, use Dimensional Prison. But with a decent Dragon deck you're usually able to swarm with a bunch of high attack beaters so battle is the least of your worries.

3. Dragon decks need dragons so why remove nearly all dragons? (especially when some of the low level dragons are used with Masked Dragon and Dread Dragon

There are better dragons than what you are using.

4. Kaiser Sea Horse and Soul Exchange help summon Blue-Eyes White Dragon from hand

If you use Red Eyes Darkness Metal then Blue-Eyes should NEVER be summoned from the hand.

5. Decoy Dragon and The Creator help summon Blue-Eyes from grave

So does Red Eyes Darkness Metal.

6. Goddess with the Third Eye is there as a substitute for Blue-Eyes White Dragon when fusing monsters

King of the Swamp is better.

so, i don't care

@TC: as Shard suggested, if you do want to run FuFu (Future Fusion) you might want to run FGD (Five Headed Dragon) in the Extra as well
Will do that thanks

1. and 6. will consider using King of the Swamp but wish to keep Black Luster and Goddess with the Third Eye as a backup if needed
2. will definitely try finding this card but the card i have now are still good to have as they can be used for backup support if i don't draw Dimensional Prison (even if i run 2-3 copies of it)
3. what dragons do you suggest?
4. and 5. I plan to get Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon at some point but still plan to keep decoy as it could bring back lv7 or higher monsters back from grave if my opponent manages to destroy them (will also put in support to keep him on field so effects can't touch him) and Kaiser Sea Horse as a backup way to summon if I don't draw Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon (even if i run 2-3 copies of it)

The internet is a good place to get cards from, fyi.

1 and 6: Black Luster clogs like hell. King is much better than Goddess because you can always just ditch it for a poly. And even then Dragon's Mirror is better anyway.
2. Like I said, a good dragon deck swarms with high attack monsters so you usually don't have to worry about battle bar the occasional Dark Hole play.
3. Pretty much what everyone else has said.
4 and 5: Decoy relies on your opponent being stupid enough to attack it while you have a summonable monster. Kaiser Sea Horse is dead half the time and if you're worried about dead Blue-Eyes then run Trade-In.

Or you could post helpful things. This guy is probably new, or hasn't had alot of experience.

Obviously someone of this level will use bad cards, no need to flip out.

About the deck, You can either go with disaster/hopeless dragons, or chaos dragons, which revolve around making chaos dragons (light pulsar, dark flare) and other chaos monsters, but distaster is by far the best one. Its more of a stun version with Koa'ki meiru dragos and other dragons.
