I know what flavor text is.
I just don't know where I can find the flavor text for Hieroglyph Seal of the Divine Dragon.

Because on Manjyome, the Holy Carved monsters are written as 'When.... You can' effects, despite that being typo, and would also render the entire archetype useless.

DN has it as:
