Realistically, it is possible to travel 4 regions in under a year but it just doesn't seem that way for some reason. Although, logically, that's probably true after hearing them say he's still 10 but hmm... if this is the case he is probably somewhat older, it just wasn't his 11th birthday yet in the anime. ._.

Actually it's not all that possible to travel so far in that, considering he did all by foot that is. It would at least take a year to travel through all those region. As he has been traveling on some routes for X days. And that those regions are actually quite large (some are even as big as my entire country O.o).

What's probebly the only real reason why he remains 10 is either mutations caused by Time-Traveling, or they just f*cked up his birth certificates.

He actually didn't do it all by foot, which was why I was thinking it was possible, travelling between regions and sometimes through parts of a region on boat. But I suppose it still doesn't make sense he could have in less than a year because as you've said, travelling on some routes for X days. It's probably why it didn't make sense.

So, time travelling, that's it.

I'd say when he went back in time and came back it was a few months earlier but he didn't go back in time, Prof. Oak went into the future.

Is there another instance of time travelling I'm not thinking of?

What I can say about it is I hope there's a switch on the touch screen that switches between the C-Gear and the Menu, so it can be like HG/SS. The only time you HAVE to press buttons is to move. I liked it that way and want there to be a 5th Gen game like that.

If they don't have something like that I'll be very sad that I can't be as lazy as when I play SS. =D
