Card is pretty good, just because an instant 3000 beater as a 2 Material Rank 3 pretty much out of nowhere can be really hard to overcome. Skill Drain negates its negative effects, and swapping it to your opponent is a really amusing strategy.

The downsides make it little more than a last resort or a quick out to a troublesome monster/hitting for game.
