Level 4 or Higher and we have a deal, Level 5? Lol. Run Rai-Oh and don't -1 yourself :-/ and the fact raioh works on any Innate special is astounding, and the fact it shuts down searchers makes it much better. I pulled one, I don't run it. tl;dr: Raioh is way better, and isn't a -1. It stops synchros, maybe. But consider the amount of Decks jumping on the Xyz Bandwagon now. Roach does Jack s*** to them. Inzektors summon level 3s. Plants summon Synchros, maybe but mostly they have Caius and other tools to dispose of this quickly. Agents only lose Hyperion when Venus -> Gachi runs it over.
