Ban it.

I mean, I know it's not going to be, but anything that enables loops that will just gain number with the prescence of Xyz is ridiculous, and it's just bad design.

Frog FTK was disrupt-able.

Didn't stop them banning Substitoad and Mass Driver.

It does deserve the ban hammer, but it won't get it.

Frog FTK was consistent and was pretty much one giant engine. It topped tournaments. Didn't it actually win the World Championship, or am I confused with Nationals somewhere?

It was fine before they made Electrum- ohwai...

I assume the "ohwait" is remembering Electrum existed first?

You are correct, but I was responding to the logic of the OTK not being so bad because it was disrupt-able.

See guys, I know you guys rage on certain cards because you keep losing to them, but it's not a reason to ban them. As said before, Chain Material deck never topped any major tournament before. Plus, Material on its own is pretty useless. It's also slow, and OTKs are situational. It won't be banned, get over it.

It's banworthy for bad card design, and the fact it just gains more and more OTK loops, consistent or not.

But if a combo is not constinent, Konami won't bother banning it. Lets say in MtG, currently, there are a lot of hard locks or infinite loops. But none of them are truly constinent or broken to get banned. Same case here. In theory, card is pretty broke and banworthy, but it's not effective enough. And if we were to ban cards just for bad card design, half of the game would go.
