[/quote] Fiber Jar wasn't consistent, if anything it was inconsistent, but the level of its horrible card design got it banned. Chain Material has a sole use in the current metagame, as an OTK card. OTK cards are obviously horribly designed cards, so why allow for stupid OTKs to exist? Banning it (or even limiting it, for Dupe Frog's sake) would be naught but beneficial. I said it has a sole use as a card in the metagame, in this sense it's the best deck that utilises it given the current format, good or not it still OTKs, and it's far from completely inconsistent. And Gate Chain Heroes is a horrible deck type, it's best used as a tech in Hero Gate. But guess what. All those decks are bad. I don't see any reason to hit a Tier 3 or lower deck that never appears on tournaments.
