Does it stop Rainbow Neos's effect to only be conducted with Neos and RDragon? My theory: Since Super Poly's text says "Spell, Trap and Effect Monster's effects cannot be activated in response to this card's activation", I quess it brakes the rule of the summon condition, bc it would chain to Super Poly. SUPER POLYMERIZATION RULING:"Super Polymerization" does not target. The Fusion Material Monsters are sent to the Graveyard when "Super Polymerization" resolves. "Super Polymeriation" prevents effects from being chained, but Continous Effects are still applied. If "Super Polymerization" is activated while "Light and Darkness Dragon" is face-up on the field, "Light and Darkness Dragon's" effect does not activate.
