Once per turn: You can Tribute 1 "Hieroglyph" monster you control or in your hand to target 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy it. When this card is Tributed: Target 1 Dragon-Type Normal Monster with 0 ATK and DEF in your hand, Deck, or Graveyard; Special Summon it. Not the best Hieroglyph player, but Nephthe seems pretty good. I'm still confused on the last effect, whether or not it summons a monster with 0 A/D or reduces any Normal to 0 A/D, because there's a big difference. Anyways, discuss. Blake
It's the latter. It SSs it then reduces its stats.
evilfusion
The OP's wording suggests it only works on a monster with 0, but I think it's mistranslated to be the latter.
Birkeland
Well I just copy-pasta'd from the Wiki. Shriek has the reduction translation, so I'll go with them. Is Nephthe mained in Hieroglyphs?
Toffee.
Unlike Shu(which has more ATK), this can Tribute copies of itself for it's Summoning effect AND 2nd effect. So it makes spamming these very easy.
