Chaos Emperor Dragon, Crush Card Virus, and Cyber Jar were reprinted in that Kaiba duelist pack. They sure aren't off the list. Not to mention, isnt the Battle Pack exclusive to the TCG/NA? The OCG (aka Japan) makes the banlist. And the pack isn't even being released until May, 2 months after the list changes. Raigeki has no reason to ever return.
