Discuss its usefulness with Disc Commander back.

Toffee.
Fear Monger's old text was clearer. Its new text:
If this card is destroyed by battle, then if its your Standby Phase, and ONLY if this card was destroyed, which then it stays in your Graveyard until your Standby phase, you must then remind your Opponent that it was specifically destroyed by battle, and was present in your Graveyard for the entire time, and it is now your Standby Phase in which you can use this card's effect, you can then target a D-HERO in your Graveyard, because this card was destroyed by battle and was in your Graveyard all the way until your Standby Phase: Special Summon the target.
NumberCruncher
Dogma was good in Airblade.
People didn't use Dogma in Airblade. They used Plamsa, but not Dogma.
With Disk Commander this seems hilarious. Welche the crab
Plasma > Dogma though because LP don't matter as much as total winage.

Toffee.
Guys, if you get Dogma on turn 1, the Opponent looses at least 1 of their Warnings, and they cant Veiler it, because it doesn't activate on your turn. ..... Though why would you run Dogma in the first place? On-Topic: The fact this card is a Monk, Tomato, Creeping Darkness, RotA, D-Signal, Chain target, it just makes Disk Commando all that more broken.
