I've been studying this site for a quite a while so I know how a couple things go.

I love Marvel so I will be making cards based off characters of Marvel (Heroes & Villains).

Hope you like!'

Request a Marvel character, and I will make it right away!

If you like your requested Marvel character card, please like this so I may be encouraged to make all Marvel Characters (:
the picture almost looks like it was taken right off the Captain America: The First Avenger film

is that where you got it from?
No, it doesn't. It's just a very well-done picture resembling the film. If you're going to post on a topic about a card, actually talk about the card.
just so you know, you should give him a serious weakness

If you had see the trailer, then you would remember him telling Stark "You're a big man in a suit, take that away and what are you?"

But he only got all his strength and stuff from the serum. Take that away and what does he become?
I'm guessing that his point was that Tony was just being arrogant, and Cap thought that the suit was what defined him. Cap doesn't need the serum to definie him; he's a true American to the end, and instead saw Tony as arrogant.

Onto this card, I like the idea of him boosting the others, as it alludes to him being one of the lead Marvel heroes. While his destruction immunity is nice, the idea is either suggesting that Cap would sacrifice his allies to save his own hide or that the other heroes would willingly die for him. The latter makes more sense, so I'll go with that. As such, this card is very good in terms of representing Captain America. I would raise his ATK to 2000, if only so that he has more ATK that keep in line with him being a strong solider, as well as a Level 6. I know you want to make his Defense higher because of the shield, but that doesn't mean his Attack should be so low.

Tony is not actually as arrogant as he's presented as being in the movies, especially after he has to erase his own brain to prevent Norman from getting the Registration List. That said, I'd like to see how you present both Tony and Osbourn. And if you're going to do Venom, make sure you have cards for the different hosts: Eddie Brock, Mac Gargan (Scorpion), and Flash Thompson.

Steve would certainly not sacrifice anyone, but pretty much anyone is willing to follow him pretty well anywhere. The vibranium-adamantium shield is not indestructible, but it makes a pretty good go of things. Steve himself is also handy with a gun. If you do Bucky, will you also do him as Winter Soldier and Bucky-Cap?

For a possible effect Spider-Man could have with the Counters, he could evade an attack or negate a trap (Spider-Sense). If you include Shang-chi you can also do another version of Spider-Man where he learns some martial arts, making him a stronger fighter. You can also have some of Spidey's suits as 'mid-season upgrade' -type equip spells the way I did. For an 'evil' Spider-Man, if you find Venom Spider-Man overdone, you could use Spider-Carnage instead, or perhaps the Spider (from Spider-Man/Hulk/Deadpool: Identity Wars). And speaking of, there's always Deadpool, Wolverine, and the rest of X-Force. I'll leave you to start with those.

The pictures seem kind of weird. It's probably because I'm used to them being represented differently.

They can stop Spider-Man from detecting them, not other dangers. The same basic effect occurs when Spider-Man faces major enemies, like Morlun: his Spider Sense gets so 'loud' it becomes useless to him. On the other hand, Spider-Man also recently built an anti-Spider Sense bomb to stop Smythe, and lost his own Spider Sense (temporarily) in the process. That's what the Spider Armour MK-II is for (although he only uses it once?). See Matters of Life and Death. The Stealth Suit is featured in Big Time, and the Future Foundation Suit in FF (Future Foundation, not Fantastic Four). I haven't read Spider Island yet.

Oh, and Carnage returned in Carnage: Family Feud, together with Shriek and a new Symbiote (Sentry sort of ripped him in half in the atmosphere during Siege).
