Which can either means they don't have an official Japanese translation for it that they've committed to yet (meaning whether to write it as plain english, katakana, or a translation using kanji) and probably want to keep the name the readers may already understand it as (as many understand the card as "REBORN TENGU" or at least as it is written in katakana). My money's going to clearing my anime/manga/game backlog, new game systems, and game development this year, no room for cards, so I can't take part in this format at all. It's not like the only competitive decks that didnt get hit are Wind Up , Inzecktors, or Dino Rabbit... oh wait Also, unless Darkplant is Japanese, he really can't confirm it more. Their engine already consisted of only limited cards and "Once per Duel" effects. =/-Abusive Decks of the format left as they are.-More new semi-limits than anything else.
