This card basically brings us back to retro YGO, where the only sure-fire to destroy a monster was to use ANOTHER monster, But still, seems pretty basic, add a few more effects, but seeing as this was made ages ago, its prolly not your best.

Cannot leave the field except by being destroyed? That means a ton of Spells/Traps still work. Raigeki Break, Torrential Tribute, Mirror Force, Smashing Ground, etc.

All you did was tell us that we can't return cards to your hand/banish them. That's all fine and dandy, but not really useful. Some refinement, and it will become better (considering it's so old).

Hurts yourself way too much to be useful generally. No leaving the field at all means it works against Synchros and Xyzs. Practical use in a Final Countdown deck, I'd guess, but that's about it. And card destruction is much more common than doing anything else to get rid of annoying Spell/Trap Cards, so it doesn't really protect itself well.

However, the comments in the thread answer my question. With the decline in popular use by Stardust Dragon, and the Limiting of Heavy, Dark Hole, etc, this card has rapidly become more and more irrelevant to the game, as too much stuff simply destroys.
