You can see the title, right? I'll explain the situation for you, so if you want to help me with these cards, post some help in the comments:

Increase the ATK of all monsters you control by 300. When this card is succesfully Synchro Summoned: target 1 monster in your Extra Deck; send the targeted monster to the Graveyard (that monster is treated as being successfully Fusion/Synchro/Xyz Summoned).
How this card works:
This card works upon the principle of facilitating the Summoning of both Dragon Master Knight, Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon, Five-Headed Dragon, and Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon respectively on the principle of using this card's effect to send away Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon from the Extra Deck to the Graveyard (whilst being treated as Fusion Summoned) in order for it to either be later tributed for Shining, Fused (either Dragon's Mirror or more traditionally Polymerization, or other Fusion Cards of course which can use this creature in the Graveyard or Field.) for Five-Headed Dragon/Dragon Master Knight, or simply used for resurrecting Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon for a Beater. I knew this would be much more overpowered without some sort of tight restraint upon it, thus I made Blue-Eyes White Dragon a necessary component for this monster; as a Level 9 this also supports the use of The White Stone of Legend, which fuels another Blue-Eyes White Dragon to your hand, but not only this, as by using the White Stone of Legend to Summon this Level 9 Synchro, one can perform the same task of using The White Stone of Legend a second time to Summon Trident Dragion. Another alternative combination is, by sending away a Dragon-Type Synchro Monster, this facilitates the summoning of Dragon Knight Draco-Equeste. I felt this could possibly give more Oomph to the Blue-Eyes Arc Type.

Increase the ATK of all monsters you control by 300. When this card is succesfully Synchro Summoned: target 1 monster you control; You can substitute the targeted monster for any 1 Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Material Monster (except Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz monsters).
How this card works:
Similar to the former of this two cards, this Red-Eyes variant does not discard a Fusion/Synchro/Xyz monster from the Extra Deck whilst allowing it to be treated as being successfully Summoned, but rather allows you to select a monster you control and treat it as a Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Material monster (which increases the targeted monster's versatility ten-fold, if anything). In order to balance this somewhat I removed the permitting of substituting Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Monsters who are, themselves, Materials. This card would work in the case of Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon's Xyz form, Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon, an easier Summoning than it already somewhat is, in which in doing so allows to increase the Xyz Dragons efficiency (however considering Neo is a 4500 beater, and this card allowing an OTK with said Xyz, it's definately overpowered and broken, hence needing fixing). As stated in the case of Blue-Eyes Booster Dragon, this also serves to aid the usage of Red-Eyes Black Dragon's Fusions, such as B. Skull Dragon and Meteor B. Dragon, without having the need to put in the other Fusion Materials.

Trivial Matters
Both cards have an increase of 500 ATK points; both cards, due to their own effects, will have another 300 ATK points increase, therefore technically increasing the original monster's attack by 800; both cards, similarly to Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon and Blue Eyes Shining Dragon, give out a 300 ATK point increase, however unlike the former two, these Synchro Monsters have a fixed ATK point boost, but dish it out to the other monsters you control; & both these monsters work well driving Fusion Monsters, however, Blue-Eyes Turbo Dragon is driven for the usage of Synchro Monsters whereas Red-Eyes Booster Dragon strives to ease the use of Xyz Monsters.

plus synchros are supposed to be OPed

yours is only good via effect monster standards, so give it another effect
Stop it with the "synchro monsters are supposed to be overpowered" logic. It's bad and you shouldn't be flaunting it like it was a fact, especially when posting in RC, where most of the people actually take you seriously, for some reason.

OT: With Blue-Eyes Turbo Dragon, I would myself just let it be able to target Fusion Monsters, because Fusion Monsters wouldn't really change the game state when you revive them after sent with Turbo Dragon. Synchros / Xyz monsters have, in my opinion anyways, too good targets to be sent to the Graveyard to be revived later on.

Booster Dragon is fine, though.
