It's bad this format, but in a much slower format and provided that Warriors get even more support, yes, it's good.

But that's unlikely.

Good in decks that use the Muaruding Captian lock where the opponent thinks about attack the set card only to be screwed over with 2 monsters returning to the opponents deck.
