IV has way more focus, both as a character/antagonist, and in behavior/personality. III took much longer to get any focus at all, and is much, much more passive. IV debuted and had lines in episode 26 (III and V had cameos in the background). In episode 33, III, IV, and V had more lines and development, but episode 33 was IV's fanservice.

So yeah, most people will notice IV way more than they'd notice III. And IV is entertaining as hell by his near bi-polar sadism. III...is still passive.

But yeah, I noticed III's cards are way more interesting than IV at this time.

So far, OOPArts seem to have relatively decent potential, but they're casual cards yet, and wont top anything.
