This card is one of the testaments to how broken the game is, where having the opportunity to revive one monster from either graveyard is no longer bannable. OT: It's not broken, but it's unfortunately more of a win moar card that anything else, or allows for stupid comebacks and can benefit a player in a bad position, but it isn't specific to that type of situation. It's the same reason Dog King is gone. If you constantly troll and make alts, you're not coming back, end of story. And to have 1/2 mods say "Oh sure, you can come back" and unban you isn't really going to be tolerated by the rest of the team who see that as "WTF is wrong with you", old and new mods alike, and it will not be tolerated without valid reason. Hell, Mage had a 50% warn within 2 hours of being unbanned. Whether this was discussed beforehand or not is not known to anyone except Yankee and maybe Icy, but if someone comes back on conditions like that, it's obvious it's a terrible idea. As previously said, there was no consensus, just 1-2 mods deciding on something the rest of the team vehemently opposed. Any monster reborn will be met with a call of the grave. Any cloning will be met by solemn warning, and, if it persists, solemn judgment. No person that is currently perma'd was given a foolish or premature burial, at least, they've yet to prove it. It's no painful choice to declare the last day of witch and ban them. None of these members are the proverbial Mind Master, they are more Yata Garasu and the like. There are so many things wrong with the management of this forum. This is just one of them. I would consider the mention of unbanning Jesse to be like the mention of someone being retarded because they suggested that Glow-Up Bulb should go to one because people only use one anyway. It's very similar, good logic. Sacky cards create an exciting game and will always be here. The only difference will ever be which sacky cards. Live with it. They made their decision presumably after much thought, they've probably seen worse people and situations than mage, and honestly mage is a good kid some of the time, and he's somewhat needed to make YCM actually look like a good forum. Your emotions are just getting in the way of your thinking, which is what I think Brandon meant by shitty authority. Look at it like this, who actually knows mage? Now who hates him just beause he trolls? That vast difference is staggering. Why are half mods acting like they've been here forever and know everything about everything about running a forum? I'm willing to bet half the mods, fake or real, don't even know mage at all or why he was originally banned. Dog King was always a troll who made his own alts, and all people did was extend his fime being temp banned. I thought he got perma banned because of his recent scheme and because he funded Mage alts, as well as posting horse dicks. Unrelated OT: I have never directly won a game with monster reborn, it's just that there's so many good targets you can't hit them all. And before you hit reborn, reborn is needed to have a chance at beating all those loops running amok, because it makes a great recovery. To summarize, a good authority would use it's logical thinking that got it's position and more than 1 peice of evidence to make a decision, not just emotions and recent small events events. The only bad thing mage ever did extremely recently that he planned was the spambot attack, and half of those weren't him. Dog Planned most of last weeks thing as well as gave most of the alts, mage was just rolling with it. And he hardly posted as much as constantly say "CHECK IF THE ALTS ARE BANNED YET".
