Lore:[i]You can Special Summon This card by Banishing 1 `Dancing Elf`` from your Hand. When this card is Succesfully Summoned, Destroy all the Spell and Trap cards in the Field[/i]

OCG Fix:

Lore: You can Special Summon this card by banishing 1 "Dancing Elf" from your hand. When this card is successfully Summoned, destroy all the Spell and Trap cards on the field. Once per turn, you can roll a dice: if the result is 1,3 or 5; destroy 1 card your opponent's controls. If the result is 2,4 or 6: destroy this card. You can banish this card while it is in your Graveyard: if you do; you can destroy 1 face-up Spell or Trap card your opponent controls.

It's overpowered with it's first effect, because even though it's all, Nukes are generally hard cards to balance (I suggest straying from the area of making Nuke Effects), as well as not requiring Dancing Elf to be on the Field at the time; basically it's ability to destroy all Spell and Traps should not be there, it's too much damage. I think, without that, it's a fairly alright card, even though it wouldn't be used frequently in the meta. May I recommend changing the 2,4, & 6 effect to "destroy 1 card you control"? Because, in doing so, this would certainly oomph this card's versatility, serving well as Yubel food (if so make it Dark) as well as opening space for your own cards in instances of stalls as well as making it a cost.

for rainbow elf, beautiful pic, really well done there

now, as for its effect

spell/trap destruction is meh, just a monster version of heavy storm

personally I don't see the point for banishing just to rid 1 spell/trap your opponent's got. You can use 7 tools of the bandit for just that, the 1000 LP cost would be worth it anyways

I fail to see how 7 Tools of the Bandit is related to the second effect, as 7 Tools negates the activation of trap cards, and this card destroys a face-up S/T by banishing it from the Graveyard. Really, you can't compare effects like that to each other. If you're going to do that, pick a more similar card like Twister, Mystical Space Typhoon or Dust Tornado .

Anyways, the card is only decent for its first effect. The second effect is fine I suppose since it can dodge Stardust Dragon etc. etc. Other than that, I don't see any real reason to actually run this. :/
