[/quote] If Safe Return came back... no moar Monster Reborn, no moar Haunted, no moar Limit Reverse (even though it's not played as often), no moar Graceful Revival, no moar other spell and traps that reborn monsters. Oh, and monsters that reborn other monsters would probably be limited (or banned, if it's really good). They use Monster Reborn with Card of Safe Return, you use D.D. Crow to banish the target for Reborn so they dont get the monster +draw. [/quote] I believe this was banned long before Fish Decks were popul- Wait... people never used Fish Decks. On-topic: Back when it was legal, I mained it in all my decks. Fairies (Athena), Lightsworn (Lumina and Wulf), Zombies (obviously), Monarchs (it ran better without Treeborn), Dragons (REDMD), Dark World (and this was before Darkworld was any good), Hero City (Immortal Bushi. =D) and... so many other bland and uninteresting decks were made so much better by the ability to draw more.
