I love this card and I wanted to make this
Used a tutorial and it looks really good.

Ew. Never use and outer glow on a sig. It is just unappealing. Outer glows should only be used in CIs and even then it is iffy. The text is horrendous. No effects used to blend it in, choppy, lowered opacity and horrible placed. This font is such a big no that the "O" is represented by the sun and the "N" is represented by the universe. Smudge is better, but work on it with the jitter effect. The texture is just spammy so you have effects in the background. So much neg space is a turn off.

Yes the text and glow were stupid mistakes. I only added the glow because I couldn't find a good enough picture to render so it looked choppy.
added a V2 any better?

it didnt really "pop" for me.... it fell kinda flat, and the outer glow only heightens its flatness;...... you have no notable issues with blending..
