I'm creating an entire "Mecha" deck to use for fan fiction and to satisfy my creative side

Let me know what you think!

NOTE: I apologize for not saving this card directly on the website, my friends have not got accounts on here and wish to view my cards too so I figured it would be more practical doing it this way.

First than anything, welcome!

Now on your card. It basically is overpowered.
-We have a 1900 ATK beatstick (well, with Xyz and Synchro plays, we can't really call it a "beatstick" anymore, but it still has high ATK for having those effects)
-It can negate any kind of card's effect from your Graveyard (even if it doesn't "destroy", it still screws a lot with Spell/Trap Cards and some monsters with 1 time effects).
-On top of negating your opponent's key card and screwing his plans, your opponent will loose a Battle Phase.
-Lastly, it's a Machine-Type, so you can send 3 copies from your Deck to the Graveyard with Future Fusion quite easily.

Suggestions:

-Make it a Warrior-Type instead, but give it the effect of being treated as a Machine-Type while face-up or in the Graveyard. That will eliminate Future Fusion's certain kill combo.

-Give it the effect "(each player can only use this effect once per turn)" at least. I am tempted to say "once per Duel" though.

-Delete that "no Battle Phase" part. It's too abusive. The stall is too consistent when it's from the Graveyard.

-The negating effect: Give it some conditions for it to be used. Otherwise, even if you did all of these changes, it'd still be an overpowered negator that can be used everywhere. The conditions should not bother your intended Deck's theme (if possible)

Welcome.....

I personally like idea of this monster being a machine.
As for the ability./... removed from play has been chsnged to Banished in the OCG ( original Card Grammer).
Its a 1900 beater... banishing it skips your opponents battle phase....
Idea: make the ability un-negatable.

It's "Official Card Grammar" actually.

As for your suggestions: No, just no.

xD
being mean is not my thing.

The card is a searchable Solemn Judgment from the Graveyard, that doesn't cost any Life or card advantage, and stops your opponent's Battle Phase while it does all that. On top of having beatstick ATK. Yet, you want to make it impossible to negate? being from the Graveyard makes it an absurdly easy +1

At the very least Lightsworns will consistently drop them to the Graveyard with milling, with Lumina, or Beckoning. There are other Decks that could abuse of it too.

If it wasn't enough, cards like Burial from a Different Dimension exist, that will recycle your 3 Graveyard Solemns.
It's overall not designed in a balanced way.
