SpectralMaliceX Posted March 21, 2012 Report Share Posted March 21, 2012 So there I was on dueling network just having some fun whilst getting my rating up a bit inbetween testing different variations of meta, both past and present. I entered a duel using hieratic deck, my opponent was using quickdraw and doppel warrior.dek, I took the first turn set 2 face down spell or traps then ended, he then drew dropped quillbolt to summon quickdraw to which I chained maxx c he then spammed special summon after special summon, then normal summoned doppel warrior and used one for one to special summon changer synchron. He then used 2 star doppel warrior and his 1 star changer synchron to synchro summon formula synchron. When I said that he could not summon a 2 star synchro monster with materials with that equal 3, to which he replied. YOU NOOB SYNCHRO'S JUST NEED 2 MATERIAL THEY DON'T HAVE TO EQUAL THE LEVEL. Lets all start using synchro's wrong for laughs? That'd be a stretch for me considering I don't even play Yugioh. But a ton of people run Quickdraw and the guy was obviously an idiot. Agro Posted March 21, 2012 Report Share Posted March 21, 2012 Dwarven King was dueling yesterday and a guy was convinced he could use the Shallow Grave even though DK had Necrovalley out because Necrovalley explicitly says "cards in the Graveyard cannot be affected by card effects, except their own effects." Lets all start using synchro's wrong for laughs? Quickdraw Doppel is currently the most competitive synchro spam deck, and honestly sits comfortably just under the meta. I find it ironic you b**** about players like this, when you yourself play Sacreds, which are about equal with Quickdraw in terms of tier position. What I don't get is how people could screw up one of the most easiest summoning methods in a card game ever? When you're only just learning about Synchros, it's an easy mistake to make. I know when I first found out what they were I thought the exact same thing as your opponent did. Seriously, you don't observe any circumstance at more than face depth, and you go around calling other people idiots when you're barely any better, and have one of the most horrendous personalities I've ever seen.
