Unless your extra deck is overflowing with space this should never be run. It becomes a hindrance and in the current metagame its ATK isn't worth anything above either summoning Number 17 or a Zenmaines. All this does is put you on the backfoot further, because you're now set yourself a clock before it becomes useless and good players can easily stall it out until you lose because of this card's effect. Unless the rare situation arises where this would be more helpful than any other Grade 3 (unlikely now with the Djinns being released) you would never regret using up its space for something more useful, and the chances of needing this are slim enough to not warrant wasting the space.

And what if your opponent has a Dolkka? What do you do then, Chris? Leviathan will need it's effect to activate in order to push over the Dolkka and Zenmaines is basically useless against it.

If your opponent has Dolkka then how the f*** do you intend to get this out?
With 2 Spirit Reapers, obviously. How do you get YOURS out?

OT: Game ending card. Using it early is a bad idea, mid game is much better, but it's not until the end game when you make the money your probably spent on it totally worth it.

If you have 2 Reapers you're likely better off keeping them than going this against Rabbit.
What if your Opponent has 700 Life Points left, huh?
Honestly speaking, especially in the TCG, which is what we're talking about. There will always be space for this, especially in something like Rabbit or Inzektors. Unless of course you're running like 3 of one Xyz in those decks, which for Rabbit would only constitute something like the Evolzaurs or Leviair (but not really) and for Inzektors... well, nothing.

When your opponent summons this, all you have to do is just wait till he kills himself.

It's only good as a game-ender, and Giga-Brillant is usually better as that. I run 1 in Inzektors, but that's just because it DOES come in handy at times.
Yeah, Inzektors have spare space to run a card like this.

Almost all other decks don't.

Prime Material Dragon can reverse its effect to give you 2000 each turn, and you still have the Xyz Materials on it if you got PMD out first

Or, to be even funnier, summon Acid Golem when your opponent has Prime Material Dragon on the field. I did that with my Lightsworns. :3

I think you having 30 and PMD is better than your opponent have PMD, as 30 wouldn't have to defeat PMD to get to your opponent
