Switching early was a "wtf" thing more than anything else, since it was easy to notice. Card's bad because none of the good decks run a level 1 they want on the field. R.I.P Plants. Wind-up Hunter is innocent, but it's the best candidate to ban because it's easily abused. Even if you remove the boat completely, it can still promote loops and it restricts card design for a card like that to exist, knowing it can lead to loops.
