to the gayest spectacle in the world."

After these wise words of encouragement, let's go over the rules:

= Tournament Rules =
*All duels will be held on Dueling Network.
*In order to prevent the problem of people not being able to duel due to time differences, this tournament is aimes at Europe. Americans and Asians are allowed to enter, but please do respect the fact that not all participants have acces to their computer in the middle of the night. If you do participate, please do mention this in your entry post. (That way, I can give a short time extension if needed.)
*All brackets will be organized with Challonge. After everyone's entered, I will post the link in this thread.
*The tournament starts on the 5th of April.
*Rounds will last 2 days maximum. A next round may be started as soon as you know your opponent.
*The tournament will be held in a double elimination style. I've never seen people organize this kind of tournament, so yeah.
*To enter, post in this thread what your DN username is and which character's Deck you'll use.

= Deck Rules =
*You will pick 1 character and build a Deck with only the cards they used in the anime and manga.
*If a card has been seen in a character's Deck, but was never used by that character, you're allowed to include it. Example: You can use BLS-EotB and Dark Hole in Yugi's Deck.
*Your Deck must follow the March 2012 Traditional Format list.
*All cards currently on DN are legal.
*Your Deck can contain 3 copies of maximum 3 cards. So, for example, if you duel as Yugi, you can use 3 of the Normal Magnet Warriors, but if you do, you cannot also include 3 Dark Magicians in your Deck. (This also applies to the Extra and Side Deck.)
*You can include multiples of a card, even though a character is known to own only 1 or 2 copies. Ex: a Yusei Deck can run 3 copies of Stardust Dragon.
*You're allowed to tweak your Deck in between rounds, as long as it doesn't violate any other rule.

Question: Can you use the exast same number of copies of some of the character's cards, even though it will result more the 3 different cards to be in multiples of 3, when I want to max out 3 other different cards?
For example: Pegasus used 3 Toon Table of Contents, 3 Toon Gemini Elf and 3 Toon Goblin Attack Force. So if I use these numbers, can I use al so 3 Toon World, although Pegasus originally has only 2 copies?
Either way, I want to join

Nope. If he actually had 3 Toon Worlds, an exception to the rule would be made (not just for you, for everyone).

Also, I find it ironic that the wikipedia article states that Toon World is a one-of-a-kind card and that Pegasus had 2 in his Deck.
