It's a godly card in Heralds deck. Returns a Fairy for a free negation and adds on top with monster/spell/trap negation and lockdown. And that is one nice render. Opponent had no like no Fairy monsters in their Graveyard, with this card being the only thing they had(they had no hand either), and when this goes to the top of their deck.... Well....
