~ P O L A R I S ~ Posted April 4, 2012 Report Share Posted April 4, 2012 Even without Laggia and whatnot this is still initially 3400-4000 combined ATK and levels off as one of a toolbox of monsters with power equivalent to that of a Level 5 or 6, but it can be Normal Summoned as the Level 4 that it is. Because you can pick which monster equivalent in power to a Level 5 or 6 as best befits the situation, this card should probably be a Level 7 or 8 while retaining its inability to be Special Summoned from the Deck. Also it's Konami, expecting good design from them is like expecting cows to fly. Ban Laggia, Limit Dolkka, Do something about chain and it's more balanced.
