[/quote] It not only costs the battle phase, but the rest of the turn, Special Summons, and your once per turn Normal Summon. [/quote] First off, why would you need your Second Main Phase is you're in the middle of your first? Second, Once you're moderately through the set-up stage for any of the competitive decks this format, summoning at all is rendered somewhat pointless, so mid-to-late game this card won't suffer from its condition too badly. The drawing at the end of turn really isn't as bad as one would think, as it frees you to use more of the cards you already had in your hand without as much concern for your hand advantage.
