Garthfunkle Vii Backwards
1 DARK monster + 1 Dragon-type monster + 1 Level 10 effect monster You can Special Summon this card from your Extra Deck by banishing the above Fusion Material from your Extra Deck (this is treated as a Fusion Summon.) This card inflicts peircing damage. Once Per Turn during any player's Main Phase while this card is banish you can Special Summon 1 Level 10 DARK Dragon Type monster from your Extra Deck by banishing the Fusion Material listed on this card from your Extra Deck or Graveyard. (you can only activate "Time Paradox Duplicate Rushvoclien" effect once per turn). When this card leaves the your side of the Field bannish this card instead
Sleepy
It's a bit unfair. By giving up your entire Extra Deck, you can easily start the Duel with 3 copies of it for free. Sinse as far as I understand, all Materials need to be banished from your Extra Deck. While on the field you'll have 3 beatsticks with 3550 ATK each out of nowhere, that when leave the field, will be banished, allowing you to perform their other Special Summon effect at least once each. It's ultimately a +6 on beatsticks, all while your Main Deck itself will not need to focus on the Extra Deck at all, nor support it in any way for that matter. According to my math: Extra Deck (15 cards) = the 3 materials required for this card (3 times each) + 3 copies of this card + 3 Extra Deck monsters that can be Summoned by this card. My call says overpowered. As possible solutions I could think of, there's: a) changing it so that only 1 copy of it can activate it's effect once per turn. changing it so that only 1 copy of it can be face-up at a time. c) giving an actual cost in some way, to either it's Summoning conditions, or it's effect while banished... or both. ^I don't mean one of the above, but all those changes. It's still a pretty interesting idea.

Sleepy
The piercing part is new (or at least I didn't notice it the first time I saw the card =0 ) It seems more fair than before though. It's still pretty easy to bring out, though I'm not sure on how well does giving up so much Extra Deck space actually covers for the card's power. Question: The Fusion Material required to banish to activate this card's effect from your banished zone. Where does that "Fusion Material" need to be banished from? In case you are still undecided, I'd like to recommend the Graveyard, so you can use "Burial from a Different Dimension" and keep using the effect. It's still a bit cheap, but it's an improvement =D
