[/quote] I'm probably guessing that you can't wait for that Rumor to be confirmed, so that you can play Nicol Bolas in Standard? Anyways, this is a pretty nice Planeswalker, but unless if you are using a Deck that Specializes in R/B/U Mana, you will have a difficult time using him.
