effect phrasing

Not shure if this card efict is phraed corctly

 

When this card is summoned switch all monsters your opponent controls who's level are equal to or lower then the level of this card to DEF mode. As long as this card is in ATK mode your opponent can not summon any monsters who's level are equal to or lower then the level of this card in ATK mode or switch the battle position any such monster.

I'm not the best at OCG, but you have hardly any periods or comma's in your second sentence. It seems to rushed. I will leave it to someone else to correct everything else because I am not the best.

My question is, what would that Level be? There is no data on the card.

 

It's going to be Level 6, I only posted the efict as I don't need help with the ouder parts of the card,
