Nope. Necrovalley doesn't actually affect the cards in the Grave, just interaction outside of the Grave with the Grave. Completely different.

Yeah, but then Necrovalley doesn't stop effects that happen in the Graves (say Necro Gardna, even though Necrovalley can counter that), but then this card [i]can [/i]stop cards like Necro Gardna, correct ? That's what I was asking pretty much :P

Rabbit activates on the field, not in Grave/Banish zone.

Hold on. If Skill Drain doesn't negate Rabbit, why wouldn't this card do it?

Plus this stops Dark Worlds without affecting Inzektors, so they totally have that now.

This card is amazing.

EDIT: Wait, I'm a bit off. But if the translation is off and the card is worded like Skill Drain, then it's f*cking amazing.

[/quote]If the translation were something like: "The effects of all monsters that are banished or in the Graveyard are negated." Then it'd be a whole lot better, and what everyone first thought it was, and frankly, what it should be.

ITT: The card actually negates effects.

Read it. It prevents activation, nothing else :/ It's like saying Fossil Dyna works like Royal Oppression.

It's not THAT bad, it's just...not great.

It stops effects that try to activate in the Grave/RFG Zone, not that are currently there. And it stops them from activating, not negates them. So Rabbit activates on the Field, but banishes itself as a cost. It's already activated from the Field, it doesn't matter where Rabbit itself is.

Sangan and Dark Worlds wont activate, but Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror already covers that without an LP cost. Inzektors will be unfazed except maybe Gigamantis, so again, Shadow-Imprisoning does it better.

It'll stop cards like DD Survivor and Scout Plane, but that's hardly effective, either.
