I'd run Gorz or another Tragoedia before considering this, and Galaxy Queen's Light before either of them in terms of changing monster Levels. A Level 7 that changes to a Level 8 when I Tribute 2 monsters, without being allowed to use Sanctuary as the fodder? Why am I hurting myself again?
