Wynchester
You may want to exclude "Obnoxious Celtic Guard" as well. Besides that, it's a decent set. 7.5/10 Tips: Add more variety and more Archetype cards. (Like Celtics)
AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
A Gathering: Torrential Tribute becomes a generic Rekindling... oh god why... Maybe if it wasn't so generic, it would be more ok. Tree Ent: A little annoying because the card you need to summon it is below it, and then that card needs a card to be activated first... AND THEN I have to look for Ancient Ent... It's not really worth it for a 1-tribute monster with kinda-strong ATK that can't do anything attacking directly. It probably won't last long enough to SS Ancient Ent... The Wicker Man: Spells and Traps that target aren't used really often, and most of these cards can't be searched since they aren't actually "Celtic" cards. Plus you have to wait for your turn and draw it, instead of adding it to your hand and drawing something else. So yeah, this is bad. The Tree of Renewal: It's specific like Dark Armed Dragon, but in this case, it shouldn't be. Plus, its cost is big and its effect isn't too helpful. You're getting rid of monsters on your field, and then getting rid of cards in your hand, just to thicken your deck. It's a -3 and thickening your own deck isn't helpful usually. The Tree of Eternity: Interesting enough. At least you don't have to actually activate The Tree of Renewal to use this, or else it would be way too hard to pull off. Scrolls of the Druids: Searching is awesome, then again, most of these cards aren't even searchable by this. Celtic Druid sucks though, so this isn't really that good. Sanctuary of Fhoraois Dhia: Major deck thickening, but Special Summoning a 4500 beatstick for that is ok when your opponent can just avoid summoning monsters to stay alive, or so you think. But Fhoraois Dhia isn't affected by this card, so it can deal damage in direct attacks, and the rest of your cards can deal the piercing damage. Yikes. Ritual of the Celts: Ok, this card helps explains the top-decking thing you're thinking of. So by setting up your deck, this is essentially a Pot of Greed for this deck. As for your opponent, he/she is likely to get cards from this effect too since there are like 5 traps in normal decks these days. Ri Na Talun: The boost is nice, the LP gain sucks. Sure, you can return cards like crazy to spam counters, but you still don't heal enough to waste effort on this. Still, the boost is sweet... At least for the monsters that are actually Celtic. Pict Warrior: She's too weak to run over much at all. The extra Special Summon could be useful, the recycling is meh, and the token is a last resort I suppose. Nature Calling: Old Wood? Tree Ent isn't worth running, and the cost and restrictions of this makes it iffy, so yeah, no. :/ Fanatics: Weird card, cool-ish effect. If this card could actually be Special Summoned often or something, then it would be worth running instead of a Monarch card. High King of the Celts: Oh, so this is what the Graveyard manipulation is for. Strong for a 2-tribute monster, but can get weaker. Returning to the bottom of the deck is nice, and deck thickening just for this is... iffy. I would suggest giving it some sort of Special Summoning clause, but it would have to be carefully worded or else decks that don't run any Celtic cards at all can just SS this when they really shouldn't. Fhoraois Dhia: Actually, to think of it, once this card hits the field, your opponent is screwed. The only logical way to get rid of this damn thing is with an Effect Monster's effect, since it's insanely strong and unaffected by Spells or Traps. And the moment when your opponent does pull off a way to kill this in battle, and then can't since the attack was negated, and then this runs that monster over because the ATK/DEF lasted until the end of that turn or something... I don't want to think about if this is more broken than A Gathering. Celtic Swordsmen: Meh Normal Monster. At least it's a Celtic monster. Celtic Druid: The effect isn't worth it, even with Ritual of the Celts. It's too weak, doesn't do anything on its own, and wastes your Summon. Celtic Chariot: This is decent and kewl. Get Swordsmen or Champions, which has ATK power that this deck lacks, and they would be returned if this card is removed. The only problem is that this is also an instant Rank 4 Xyz Summon. Celtic Champions: Unneccessary wording. Just say it can only be Summoned by the effect of "Celtic Chariot." Burning Valley: Celtic Chariot destroys two cards when your opponent Summons. I have mixed feelings about this, I'm not sure if that's overpowered because it's a +1 that way, or if it's bad because you have to destroy exactly that many cards and if you didn't use Chariot, this is basically a Trap Hole. Ancient Ent: Tree Ent sucks, and this takes too long to bring out. But the free card is helpful, and most decks don't like it when you put their monsters back in their deck. It's... subpar at most I suppose.

However every card in this set is a "Celtic" card. Although not all of them say it. I admit I got lazy and started to forget about simple things like that. But thank you for the generous rating of 7.5/
