No, just no.... First of grammar is totally off, second off lore please, and lastly, its not very helpful. Chances are you get them both on the field, your Xyz summoning.

1) grammar
Activate only while you control 1 face-up "Gagaga Magician" and 1 face-up "Gagaga Girl". Double both cards' attack and defense, until your next Standby Phase
2) Underpowered, make the effect something like this:
"Activate only while you control a face-up Xyz monster with its Xyz materials as "Gagaga Magician" and "Gagaga Girl"; The attack and defense of the selected monster is doubled until your next End Phase.
3)lore please

lol, the card isn't underpowered, where the hell are you getting that from? Sure, you'd go for an Xyz Summon with Magician and Girl, but that alone doesn't make a card like this underpowered.

You could clearly read the effect of the card, why bother asking for a lore? OH RIGHT, OCG is such a big deal RC. But seriously, are you so lazy that you cannot type out the corrected effect yourself (not like OCG fixes matter anyways if the effect is understandable)?

There are actually uses for this card. If your opponent sits with Thunder King Rai-Oh you won't be exceeding with these two, so this is one way to get rid of that obstacle.
