I run a couple in Block Mash along with 3 Pearls. It's okay, and does hit a lot of monsters without hurting my own since my entire deck is EARTH. Thoughts?

A synonym for 'better art', but, no, it's distinctly YGO-themed. MtG hardly ever uses nearly blank backgrounds, like in YGO. Besides, MtG already has a Fairy ruler :3

Oh, and it does make a cool alternative to Utopia in Gadgets.

I'm unsure how something that gets over anything under 2800 is bad when you get to choose when you bring it out ._.

That said, it IS outclassed, but it's funny if you can fit it.
